Switched to getNonTransparentDeclContext() in shouldCollectSymbol and in isIndexedForCodeCompletion (dropping the now unreachable LinkageSpec cases), and added a test for the code completion flag and it fails without the CodeComplete.cpp change. One side effect though: HLSLBufferDecl is also transparent, so cbuffer members are now indexed too, which I think is correct, but happy to make it a special case if not.
