The changes now include only:
1. Accept `-mlong-double-{64,80,128}` for ARM64EC non-MSVC targets
(arm64ec-w64-mingw32-gnu is the only one at the moment).
2. Allow `-mlong-double-128` (for softmath).
3. Make default `long double` for this target the same as x86-64.
4. Add ABI for arguments and return values; same as int128.
5. Recycle all tests in the old changes. The frontend now uses `x86_fp80`
instead of `i128`.
