Can you add a strictfp enabled test? This is probably just going to break as-is
on it. Can you also test _BitInt vectors, or were those eventually disallowed?
Also exotic types, like the various vendor / SVE vector types, __mfp8?
AI found cases:

- f8e5m3fnu_bf16 (the only one of the nine scalar builtins without a test);
- any vector with an f16 or bf16 result;
- a generic-vector bf16 result;
- a std::byte argument;
- odd vector sizes (ext_vector_type(3) and (1)).
