I'm pretty sure the built-in IN-OUT-Dashboard collections are _not_ 
synced with the Server.

You could then drag one of the items from the IN collection into another 
collection, which is synced with the server, and you'd then get that 
replicated across all your Chandler instances.

Please note that you still wouldn't get the item shared in all your 
different folders on your IMAP server...
