10.5 - yes
normal cals are ones you just created within iCal file > new calendar
using mobile me they are 2 way

to setup CalDav calendars you need to set these up under accounts
only normal cals are sync to the iPhone

so for example my Chandler and my Google cals are setup as Caldav accounts - 2
way but will not appear on my iPhone
