1. An option in Hub that is half way between view & view and edit. I would like visitors to be able to view my collections and comment on the notes. Why ? For example I have a small team working on a 'collection', which we add to, edit and remove notes from, however this collection and notes involves a bigger department and its staff, but I do not want them to add too, edit or remove notes, I want them to comment on or even provide further data attached to the notes, much like a comments section on a blog. 2. I would also like the bigger department to be able to add to the collection view a web form, so that the smaller team can collate relevant information to inform the collection and notes. Why ? This means collection can handle requests, and maybe taylor this to be less blob text like, at the very least its an add only option on the hub What do people think ? At the moment I am piloting these 2 options via a bespoke online web request form and list of the requests, for me I'm adding a to do list to my current to do list, basically another system to check, like my email and my notebook(s), however I think the Hub could do it for me.
