Amongst the unanswered questions: * I can't tell how often Google performs a refresh (when the user does not perform a refresh on demand) Also, in Google Calendar, there seems to be no progress indicator following a refresh on demand. There ought to be; for large publications, a refresh (of the entire publication) may be far from instant.
