I seem to remember that on March 12 the sites were down, because the  
colo was unreachable, but you could still get the addresses via DNS.  
Today was a DNS failure, and I don't know enough about DNS to know  
what the cause.

In any case, through the efforts of either ISC (the colo where the  
servers are) or Jared, everything seemed to get restored this morning  
(US West Coast time).
