Thanks Graham, Appreciate your email - Is it easy to get the Chandler server up and running on your own server? I have windows hosting with webfusion - would it work on that? How much space would i need? I am not that technical to be honest - so hoping its all easy to sort out! Beyond Chandler: there are many other approaches to calendaring, to-dos and e-mail but the way that these three things are brought together in Chandler Project sets it apart from the crowd. Even if you subtract e-mail from the equation, the approach is very smart. Consider keyword CalDAV when looking at alternatives.
