Hey!

In answer to question 1, the location field is just (afaik) a convince 
field - you can record where an event takes place - it has no "special" 
meaning, other then location. You dig?

I know there is some info wrt question #2, its probably on the wiki 
someplace - and you can search that, so i'd look there...
