It was difficult for me to get to the green iCal button (probably because I rarely have my hands on an iPhone) but when I tried, it didn't work; AFAIR a subscription was gained (visible in settings on the iPhone) but nothing appeared in Calendar. Maybe I pressed something wrong. @ Andrew Did you go for the first available green iCal button?
