Both were resolved but I don't find Lightning CalDAV working with tickets, so new Mozilla Calendar bug <https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=536555> is 'CalDAV: ticket-based access control: DAV_NOT_DAV and READ_FAILED errors'.
