Hi Raul, I use Marshall's parallelize code pretty regularly in both Windows and Linux. Mostly simple stuff, like parsing and converting batches of log files.
setloadfiles 'logstocsv.ijs' logstocsv"1 parallelize 6 (>1 dir '*.log') It's quick and dirty but does the job this type of task. One job I run used to take 8 hours (parsing a month of historical logs), and Marshall's code brought this down to about 1.5 hrs using 6 processes. I haven't tried anything more difficult as of yet. Hope this helps.
