I vaguely remembered being asked to review a draft of volume 2, but may be
mistaken. I did write a review of volume 1 ( *Vector*, 21 4 (2005) 97-100).
My recollection may instead be of reviewing draft partition papers. I have
searched my e-mail archives and can not locate a draft of vol 2. My
recollection was that the publisher being bought played a role in vol 2 not
making it to print.
