itcswAPL was published c. 43 years ago, 1978 APL: KEI published A Programming Language in 1962 c. 59 years ago.
Springer has claimed copyright in 1978 for itcswAPL and likely has not relinquished it. In this case, given that the thing was first published 60 years ago, it has probably long since generated as much revenue as is reasonably likely. And, if it becomes popular, that would be a marketing signal... Consider, also, that modern machines are often deducted for tax purposes for about five years. This strongly suggests that most downloaded copies of this book probably would only live for a few years.
