LeCuyer. but he lists the following credit in the forward: "To Howard PeelIe for all of his help" THE LINK gets a .pdf is that not a copyright violation? on downloading and virus scanning, it’s REAL and safe. How is this legally possible? The © notice in my printed hard cover copy is 1978 ... depending on country, copyright notice tends to be more than 41 years. When itcmwAPL was printed in the last century we did not have e-books widely available before Project Gutenberg in 1971.
