Maybe for pedagogical purposes this "slow reveal" has some value but it
doesn't seem like a good idea for getting information from a graph.  It
does illuminate the separate parts of a graph by revealing them in pieces
but this is no better than a checklist of things like "title the graph",
"label the axes", and so on.
