Anonymous Tip Web Link Now Available Worldwide to Report Information to
U.S. Authorities

Free Internet Security and Anonymity Services and Consultation Also
Available to Agencies Investigating Tragedy

SAN DIEGO, September 12, 2001 - Anyone with information pertaining to
Tuesday's terrorist attacks who wishes to communicate anonymously with
U.S. authorities can use an Anonymous Tip Web Link now located at the
Anonymizer.com home page.

The service, which is accessible worldwide, allows individuals to report
information to the FBI's Terrorism Activity tip page without revealing
their identity, geographical location or other compromising computer
data to the message recipient or other parties.

The Anonymous Tip Web Link is located at <http://www.anonymizer.com>.

The purpose of the service is to encourage individuals with information
to come forward who might otherwise remain silent out of concern for
their personal safety or fear of persecution. This is especially a
concern for individuals in countries or areas where communications may
be monitored by members or supporters of the groups responsible for
Tuesday's events.

The Anonymous Tip service is hosted by leading Internet privacy and
security firm Anonymizer.com, a privately-held company located in San
Diego, CA. Anonymizer.com joins the Internet community in offering its
sympathy for the victims and families of the tragic incidents on Sept.
11, 2001.

OPERATION SAFE INVESTIGATION EXPANDED

On Sept. 6, Anonymizer launched "Operation Safe Investigation," through
which the company donates Internet security services to Law Enforcement
agencies, News Media organizations and other relevant groups to aid safe
and effective Internet investigations. In response to Tuesday's tragedy,
the program has been expanded to offer an unlimited number of
complimentary accounts to agencies investigating the incidents. For more
information or to receive free licenses, contact

or call 619 725 3180 x307.

FREE CONSULTING

In addition to Anonymous Tip Web site and Operation Safe Investigation,
Anonymizer.com is making its consulting services available free of
charge to agencies that are investigating the tragedy. Experienced
Anonymizer.com personnel are available to provide expertise on Internet
anonymity, cryptography and digital forensics to U.S. Law Enforcement
agencies that may require it. For more information, contact
[EMAIL PROTECTED], or call 619 725 3180 x307.
