I don't know whether it is or not, but you'd still have to get out to it,
involving the local firewall and/or proxy, and then connect back to it,
involving setting up freenet on it rather than just using an open port on
some innocent server.  In either case it seems to come back to the same
"you have to control a machine on the outside" issue...  Or am I missing
something?
