1. Run Terminal
   $ cd ~/j601
   $ ./jc<Tab>
   ...
   $ ./jw<Tab>   # don't remember if it's jwd or so...

2. Create a Desktop shotcut to the 
   /home/<user>/j601/jw...

   If it runs you could drag it or put into the Apps menu.
