Frank,
When I send a message to the forums with gmail, they
do not show up in my inbox but do appear after in my gmail
list after someone has replied to the message. Before that I
have to look in "all mail".
Also, I am having very good luck with gmail not
incorrectly putting any jforum messages into the spam list.
This may be because for quite a while I was pretty careful
to read my spam list subject headings and sender
characteristics and told gmail when something was really not
spam. I also created a filter that adds a "label" to all
messages income from the jforum. These actions may be
helping gmail's spam filter, but I cannot be sure.
