you nailed it.  I just ran a test and it does not show up.

For other newsgroups, I think that I do get my message back too.

you are correct.  the message I thought lost was in archives.

I am guessing there must be some setting in either JForum =. most likely
or gmail =. not too likely at all.   ListServe (LSOFT?) type mail list groups
have settings like "Show/Don't show me my postings".

Did I accidentally set something wrong in J forums to cause this ???
