Hi, I have been working on a patch for the "Traffic Shaping" bounty.
The patch can be found at http://projects.nocternity.net/patches/traffic_shaping_00.patch.gz ; it has been written against the SVN repository, revision 121. It should be applied by going to the cherokee/cherokee subdirectory, then: zcat /path/to/traffic_shaping_00.patch.gz | patch -p1 It adds three configuration directives: - MaxThroughput: maximum throughput for the whole server in KB/s (0 for unlimited), - MaxConnectionSpeed: maximum download speed for a single connection in KB/s (0 for unlimited), - MaxServerThroughput: maximum throughput for a virtual server in KB/s (0 for unlimited). Please check it out and contact me if anything's wrong with it (I didn't notice any problems using it, however I might just have been lucky; as for the code itself, I might have forgotten some temporary traces, etc ...) Happy New Year. Regards, -- *** Manu Benoît (TSeeker) * I sense much beer in you. Beer leads to * ** [EMAIL PROTECTED] * intoxication, intoxication leads to ** * OpenPGP key: 0x591BF2C2 * hangover.
