Hello, All, Alvaro ! The previous post by Oli Warner gave some hint about why cherokee-worker may be eating 200% cpu, and that was it's interaction with the php FastCGI. A simple change from unix-sockets to a tcp-based php interpreter fixed the cherokee-worker cpu problem.
