Today, we are glad to announce the Cherokee Community Forums![1] It's a phpBB forum, with one section per language and only one forum per section/language, but can be increased when needed. We know that there are (a lot of) space to improve the community portal/forums, but well, here is something to start with, and with your feedback, we will have a really nice site for the community.
