Experiencing more problems with this issue. It's no longer looking like just any mp4 file. There's some very specific encoding settings (which I haven't pinned down yet) that are causing it. I know it doesn't sound like it could be Cherokee's fault, but it only happens when Cherokee is serving the files. Same files work locally or from an Apache server.
