I think this was discussed at some point, but not sure... I went to add rules for Joomla to an existing virtualhost and it seems that since the Cherokee market came out, the rules for many of the CMSes that were there before are no longer available. I think it it would helpful to have those rules available to existing virtualhosts so they don't need to be added manually or from installing it from the market.
