I agree that this does not have anything to do with cherokee, but I
would recommend using memcached to store sessions.
This is faster then using a NFS share, and if you are in need of a
webserver cluster you propably need to be working on caching as well
for that reason I can highly recommend memcached. If you make use of
php it is really easy to setup. Google is your friend

ps. there are 2 php memcached extensions

http://www.php.net/manual/en/memcache (older, but most document version)
