You have to set up a reverse proxy.

   - Add a new Information Source: Address=<IP of your IP-cam>  Port=<Port
   of your IP-cam; 80?>
   - Add a new behavior rule. Directory /cam, for instance.
   - Configure a 'HTTP Reverse Proxy' and assign it the Information Source
   of the cam.

And that should work the magic.. (despite some potential minor tweaking
related to header rewrites/redirections).
