Michael, Because I have a similar Craftsman air compressor, with 5.5 HP 25 GAL., with the vertical tank. Mine is only the single stage, max. pressure 130psi, and it is oil free. Prefer the vertical tank, saves space, and it still has wheels to roll it. Very happy with it.
