GW does not offer upper rear control arms.  When I bought the heavy duty
lowers (the ones with the heim joints), the salesman said leave the stock
uppers in place as long as the rubber bushings are in good condition and
don't worry about boxing them (I boxed them anyway).  He went on to say the
lowers are the ones that take all the abuse and the uppers are basically
there to keep the pinion angle and rear end located properly and I didn't
need a rear sway bar with the Negative Roll front suspension.  We'll see...
