I feel the same way here. Why copy an old name to revive something built today that cant ever compete with yesterdays stuff. I think the LSI is a superb engine but to put ZL-1 on one of them is just over kill. I think to do that they should of given the name 2nd gen, ZL-1 and it would have to equal the same cubes and the close to 600hp figure the ZL-1 realy made with headers. To me there just isnt no comparison to a big block especially if they were all aluminum.
