Your correct Larry. The 350 THM is a medium duty 3 speed used from 1969 to 1987. Generally used in straight  and V6 and small block engines. Only able to handle about 400 foot pounds of torque.

I'm lost. In the red book I see a m40 turbohydramatic with 13,272 being sold. I believe this is a th400. as from what I've always read no BB chevs ever came with a th350 and also the th350 came out until 69 anyway. Did you know even in 68 you could get a powerglide with the big block? Wasn't the m10 a three speed overdrive manual transmission?
