Interesting prospective. Especially from one who took a real 138 car and made it into your beautiful creation. A fine example or your individuial tast. I am sure,.your actions have the purest running with there production  numbering crayons and knocking overe there inspection panit dab bottles. 
Imatation ( or in this cass duplucation) is he best form of flattery. And I think we all can agree on the notin that the General made a great group of Chevelles 64/72 so IMO
unless your doing ot to fleece some unsuspecting buyer.
 
I have a copy of a Monnette in the hall. I don't have, nore would I spend the 1.3 million the orginial brought a few years ago. I like the picture and what it protrays. and everbody, unsuspection or not has admired it. I do not say it's on loan from the National Art Museum. Just that my bride and I like it hanging in our foyer.

Only if it had SS/Super Sport badging implying to the casual observer that it was an SS.  To me, that's passing it off as a SS.
