Title: New GTO pics - what has happened to our beloved A-body cousin?
I have imported and exported stuff from OZ before but the big problem with importing a car is will it meet the emission and safety standards? If so,is it certified for importation? The last question is what gets you.
Also,I wouldn't want a RHD vehicle.

Clint,
If you're serious, and could live with a right hand drive vehicle, I'm sure somebody out there knows how to import from overseas. I know it can be done, I just don't know how.

Want to be it would sell like hotcakes? Anyone seen the Holden version of the El Camino;LS6,T56 6spd,IRS? I would buy one of those in a heartbeat,if GM would import it.

What, you mean bring out a potent V8/RWD platform and stick a Chevelle emblem on it?  If so, sign me up.  The world can't remain static for 30+ years, no matter how much we want it to.

How would we all feel if the General did this to us Chevelle owners?
