Don't know about the others, but the CARBSHOP in Ontario, CA  www.thecarbshop.com does 
great work, had some Q-Jets done there and they specialize in Holley's. Give them a 
call, they are helpful and you won't be disappointed!!

The first is in Missouri and the other 2 are in California.  I can't remember 
the details but when Brad Urban died a couple of years ago I think 
his "Carburetor Shop" in CA might've split into the 2 entities listed here.
