I have the BMR adjustable uppers.  Yes, you have to grind the arm down
on the inside of the driver's side arm.  They designed the arms wider
than stock at the bushing location and used a poly spacer.  I have no
idea why they did it that way but it won't fit as is.  Hated having
to put the grinder to the nicely powder coated arm.  Other than that,
they are a fine product.
