Hey guys,

My brother Mike has decided to put up his 68 SS for sale, and I figured I'd give you guys a crack at it.

She is red with a white vinyl roof and black bucket interior.  The car is a 4 speed, 325 horse model with 3.73 posi rear.  The car has less than 32,000 miles on her.  Mike is only the third owner.  All the numbers match.

The motor, tranny and rear have never been touched.  The car got a beautiful new professional paint job and new top in 1998, but the interior is all original.  He will throw in a set of new front bucket seat upholstery, but there really is only one small seam that needs fixed in the driver seat.

Mike put in a Hurst shifter, but he has the original Muncie.  The air pump was not spinning, so he removed it, but he has it as well.  The motor has been cleaned up, but not detailed to show condition as of yet.  It wouldn't take much to do that, and he already put on a new set of chrome valve covers.

Tires are Firestone Firehawk radials on rally wheels.

The car was never wrecked, and only needed some small places razed before the repaint in 98.

This car was in his wedding in 1969!  I have driven it and she runs nice and smooth for a base engine car.  The car has manual steering and manual drum brakes, so it takes a bit of getting used to, but a few blocks and you are reacquainted with the way things used to be.  With the color combination she is a real looker.

He's looking for $22,500.  Contact Mike at home at 814-266-8295 or at work 814-535-3521.  I don't have any digital photos with me here at work, but I'm sure Mike can ship some to you if interested.

The car has always been and remains in Johnstown PA, so if you are close it would be worth a ride.
