I plan on driving down that way Monday or Tuesday of next week. I won't go a knock on his door, but I can make the local police aware of this individual. BUT, wouldn't this be a Federal matter?
I live about 130 miles away from this dude and run up and down the interstate all the time. I'd be glad to do almost anything to help "nail" him. Any ideas?
