Gary, It sounds like the window glass may have gotten on the wrong side of the glass channel rubber or the rubber may have come apart and is jamming the glass on the down stroke. I doubt it's the regulator. Have you had any of the adjusters loose? Check the rear adjuster by loosening the bolts on the doors back edge so the adjuster can move freely. Something is jamming the glass as it trys to go down.
