I happen to work in the scrap metal industry, and this is correct in regards
to China and the steel mills.  I wasn't aware that they 'distmantled' mills
from here and re-built them there, but there are a number of mills under
construction there.  The market for scrap around the past 6 months went
crazy.  We couldn't get enough material to fill all orders.
