Hi,
I know this is a bit off topic but is anyone out there running a Gear Vendors unit? I like the way my beefed TH350 works but would like to know how well the six speed over/under gear split works out. Seems like it would be a rush, but is it worth it?

Thanks,

If you’re running big horsepower, will the 700r4 hold up? Can it be beefed up to take the load. I run a 400 and have been happy, but am always looking for alternatives?

If you can afford it, the 700r4 is the best route.  It will get you great gas mileage if you can keep your foot out of it, and it will launch whatever gears you have much harder than a stock TH350 will  (which launching is where the fun is at!)
