It rubbed the steering on  my '66. Not what I wanted to do, especially after
all the cost and then efforts to get them in without scratching anything.

What year are you running your dimpled headers on? I have coated Hookers on
my '69 396 with no dimples. The driver's side was  no box of chocolates to
install, I can tell you that. The only clearance issue I had was that the
brake lines needed to be moved a 1/4" or so on the drivers side.
