Hi Aaron, Can't help you with the speaker box, but I attached my amp to the underside of the package tray. You can't even tell if it is there unless you really look for it. I do believe though that not all amps can be mounted upside down like the one I purchased. For the package tray, I purchase a mess one from C.A.R.S, Inc. I have had the cheap cardboard just as an interim thing and they are garbage. If you want better you could go to a custom interior shop and they could make one for you. Good luck with whichever you decide for both.
