My advice? At least rough it in for the bathroom (shower-sink & water closet and on other side of wall (Garage side) laundry sink) .It will cost you big bucks $$$$$$ to do it later. My next garage will have all. If you do rough it in at least install the laundry sink.It can double as a urinal :-X.                                                         Larry (Z)
