the pex is for waterline ONLY use 4" sec. 40 for drain/sewer tine and connect smaller 1 1/2 for sink drans. should have made myself clearer .

Sorry to disagree but peks is PEX (cross-linked polyethylene). 1 inch in 10 feet is less than 1/8 inch per foot. National Standards (IAMPO OR UPC ) for horizontal drain pipe is 1/4 inch per foot (2 %  slope). 3 inch line or larger can be installed @ 1/8 inch per foot( 1% slope) if the Authority Having Jurisdiction first gives approval. 8 inch line and above can be embedded  @ 1/16 inch per foot. Even if you do not get a permit at least install it to code. One day you may want to sell the property and may find out a home inspection turns up illegal work.
