We have oil!
Thanks Walt, Jerry, Mike and everyone else who said to keep on
spinning and to turn the crank too. After two full crankshaft
revolutions at 1/6 revolution per "adjustment" and 20 seconds of
spinning the pump at each position, oil finally came out of the
pushrod/rocker interface. Let's hope the next guy who tries it learns
from this.
