I'm going to build a friend's 65 Chevelle 300 into a nice g-machine. His Torq Thrust II's won't fit in the rear and it's because he's running a later model 12 bolt. When I told him what a 65 twelve bolt was worth,he about fell over. Needless to say,I'm going to have his rear narrowed and add some good axles. The car has a healthy 496" BBC and the rear needs all the strength it can get.
