Herb is right on. Every corner cut cost you more down the road. Really doesn't matter which component it is. I haven't changed motors much but the combo has changed drastically over the last 2 decades. Unknown number of trans, converters, and a handful of fuel systems later....and I'm sure another upgrade is in the future.
