Yes, Larry. Be super careful. Compress it down "some"!
to the point where it's loose. Loosen the Castle nut
on the upper Ball Joint. Bang on the spindle and it
will fall off the taper. Finish the loosening and
remove the spring. Immediately un-tension the spring.
Don't leave it in the spring compresser. It's a killer
with that much pressure.
